Zhongzhu Open Source: Lightweight AI Assessment Toolkit for SMEs Officially Released
To lower the barrier for SMEs to adopt AI, the Zhongzhu technology team has officially open-sourced its internally developed AI readiness assessment methodology and toolkit, which any enterprise can use and further develop for free.
Today, Zhongzhu officially released the open-source project zhongzhu-ai-assess on GitHub, fully open-sourcing the AI readiness assessment methodology and toolkit accumulated over years of internal development.

- Assessment Questionnaire Templates: Covering five dimensions — data, process, talent, culture, and technology — with 30 assessment items total
- Scoring Algorithm: A weighted model calibrated on industry data, capable of generating quantified readiness indices
- Report Generator: Automatically generates PDF assessment reports including benchmarking analysis and improvement recommendations
- Industry Benchmark Dataset: Anonymized benchmark data from 500+ real enterprises
Open Source Philosophy
